Long bike with hill work. Definitely need some strengthing. No cars ran me off the road so all-in-all a good day.
...noticed you like biking. Just wondering if you feel like it has helped you in your running. I too love to bike daily, been running most of my life but want to run a marathon. I need the confidence though. Great time on yours...3.42. How is your training going?
